For us; All these four urls are same but for search engine bots; they are unique urls. All these urls lead to same website or content; thus they create duplicate content errors and prohibit crawling of urls. But canonical url can help in this situation. Alternate Tag: These tags are often ignored by developers but are of great use for SEO professionals. Search Engine Crawlers crawl the html and coding of website and not the Images.
