Title Tag : Check If There is title defined in title tags. Although there are many tools but don't just rely on tools. Check Manually to be 100 percent sure. In HTML; title tag is enclosed within <title></title>.
Write "title" in search bar that comes after CTRL+U and CTRL+F.

Description Tag : Check if there is description tag present in HTML. This is fetched by the crawlers to show the description part in SERPs. In HTML; It is enclosed in <meta name="description" content="">
Write "description" in search bar that comes after CTRL+U and CTRL+F.

Keyword Tag: Although as per search engines; They don't give preferance to the keywords present in Keyword Meta tags while ranking but they are important as you can target keywords in them. Keyword tags are enclosed in <meta name="keywords" content="">
Write "keywords" in search bar that comes after CTRL+U and CTRL+F.

Canonical Tag: This tag is also important one in on page seo. It defines which link search engine must crawl and show in search results. A link ha four types i.e. 
Non www/ Non https: http://xyz.com
Non www/https: https://xyz.com
www/ Non https: http://www.xyz.com
www/ https: https://www.xyz.com

For us; All these four urls are same but for search engine bots; they are unique urls. All these urls lead to same website or content; thus they create duplicate content errors and prohibit crawling of urls. But canonical url can help in this situation. You can define the link to be crawled with in canonical tags ie. <link rel="canonical" href="" />

Open Graph Tags: These tags are important for improving social media present ability. If you own a website and have social sharing options to share pages or blogs; then Open Graph or OG tags are very important to be implemented on website. They define what title, description, image, url and other details to be fetched while sharing a website on social media.

Structured Data Markup Tag: These tags are introduced by Google to improve search engine crawlablity and let websites tags important information and data for search engines; So that they can be appeared in search results. These are implemented on website either throuhg webmaster tool or through manual HTML implementation.

There is different code for different type of Structured Data Markup. Write "schema.org" in search bar that comes after CTRL+U and CTRL+F.

Alternate Tag: These tags are often ignored by developers but are of great use for SEO professionals. Search Engine Crawlers crawl the html and coding of website and not the Images. Thus it is very important to define the title of image in Alt tag to let search engine spiders know what the image is about. it will make it appear in search results for that title/ keyword. It is an important place to target your keyword.
