Fat located on the underarm seems to be a bit of a bugbear forKetozol Review many females more than for males. This may be because males tend to have a little more muscle than women (in general) so there is usually more muscle than fat on the underarm of a man. But it is usually the other way around for a woman.
With that said, it still would not be just a simple case of getting more muscle on that part of the arm. Why? Because you would still need to reduce the arm fat to begin with. To reduce arm fat would usually mean reducing your fat intake and burning off the excess fat with exercise. And when you do this, you will be reducing the fat stores in other parts of your body as well as the arms. This is a welcome bonus.
You can make this as complicated as you wish but the fact is that to reduce arm fat, there are two basic rules. Rule 1 – Reduce Your Fat Intake.
If you have fat on your arms, then there is a high chance that you have fat on other parts of your body also. So to lose fat, wise up to what you are eating. We all know the good foods and bad foods. Cut back on the fatty foods. If you are trying to reduce fat, there is no need to add more to it! Also, excess calories will be stored as fat so watch your intake of high calorie foods. Beware of what you drink as many soft and alcoholic drinks contain a lot more calories than you realise.
Rule 2 – Burn The Fat
This is done with exercise and activity. Any activity that will induce an elevated heart rate and will make you breathe harder will do it. Depending on your current fitness levels, that could mean a brisk walk or a good run. Whatever activity you do, try and do it for 30 – 45 minutes at a time, three times a week.
