The Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) opposition has called for a hartal or strike in Kasaragod on Monday in protest against the killings. The Youth Congress has called for a dawn-to-dusk strike across Kerala.
Congress workers Kripesh, Sarath Lal were attacked when returning home allegedly by CPM activists. A group of people who came in an SUV stopped them on the road and made them to death.
