With Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad having claimed responsibility for the Pulwama terrorist attack Thursday, the focus is back on Jaish chief Maulana Masood Azhar and Delhi’s failed attempt to list him as a “global terrorist” at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). Jet Airways has approved a bank-led resolution plan (BLPRP) received from the State Bank of India. The World Health Organization warned Thursday that efforts to halt the spread of measles were "backsliding", with case numbers worldwide surging around 50 percent last year.
