Trademark registration is done on basis of the classes defined by the authority. These trademark class are differentiated on basis of the goods or services to be trademarked. There are 45 different trademark registration form for different class or set of goods and services. Applicants are required to file the right form for the required class otherwise it is objected by the officer.
