MCA Introduces Amendments in Company Act, 2013

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced amendments in Company Act 2013 after the recommendations from the Committee formed to review the offences under the Companies Act, 2013. These amendments are aimed at strengthening the corporate governance & enforcement framework of the corporations.
