MCA directs all directors to submit KYC details as soon as possible

Here is the latest update from the Ministry of corporate affairs regarding the e-KYC of the directors of the companies.

The company directors and the partners in companies who have got their Director Identification Number on or before March 31st, 2018, need to submit the DIR-3 KYC form in MCA by August 31st, 2018.

For those who have received their DINs on or after April 1st, 2018 have to submit the DIR-3 KYC form by April 30th of the succeeding financial year.

4. Aadhar Number of the director


5. Residence Proof of the director


6. Passport Information (If any)
